Work

What we can show you today — and what we will not fake

This page is deliberately honest about its own state. We do not publish fabricated case studies, invented client logos, made-up metrics or testimonials that were never given. Here is exactly what exists to evaluate us by right now, and how real work will appear as it completes.

System Lab

Interactive workflow demonstrations

Three working demos — solar enquiry-to-installation, enquiry-to-booking, order-to-dispatch — built with fictional businesses and clearly labelled as illustrative. They show how we think about workflows, records and status flow.

This website

Our own systems, applied to ourselves

This site is itself a sample of the standard: accessible forms that never claim false success, honest fallbacks, clear information architecture, fast and responsive pages, and copy that states limitations rather than hiding them.

Process & standards

How we work, written down

Our delivery process, communication standards, ownership terms and Halal-aligned operating standard are documented publicly. You can hold us to a written process before any contract exists.

Coming as projects complete

How real case studies will appear

When a client project is delivered, a case study will appear here only with the client's explicit permission, and only reporting results that were actually measured and can be described accurately. Each case study will state:

  • The business context and the specific problem
  • What was built, and what was deliberately left out
  • What was measured, how, and over what period
  • What did not work or remains open

Why this page is not full of logos

A studio at our stage has two options: fabricate credibility, or build it slowly and truthfully. We have chosen the second. If a page like this grows only as real work accumulates, that is evidence the standard is genuine — the same standard we would apply to any claim in your project.

Evaluating us

A practical way to assess a small studio

Ask for a scoped demo

In a fit assessment, describe your workflow. We can walk through a demonstration shaped like your business.

Read the boundaries

Every service page states its dependencies and exclusions. Studios that hide limits usually have reasons.

Test the small things

Does the form behave honestly? Do answers arrive? Is the process documented? Small behaviours predict big ones.

Start with the smallest useful step

The offer ladder exists so you can verify value at low risk before committing to a larger build.

Evaluate us on a real conversation

The most honest evidence of how we work is a working session with you. The fit assessment is free, and a clear “no” is always an acceptable outcome.
