Pricing

No published price list — and here is the honest reason

We do not publish fixed prices, because a number without a scope is not a price — it is a misunderstanding waiting to happen. Instead, every quotation is scoped against the actual problem, and every proposal states exactly what you are paying for before any money moves.

How quotations are scoped

What determines the price of your project

Every quotation is assessed against:

  • The business problem and the agreed outcome
  • Scope and complexity of the workflow
  • Required integrations with your existing tools
  • Delivery effort, testing and documentation
  • Project risk and support obligations
  • Third-party costs (hosting, software, messaging)
  • Payment processing fees and, where relevant, currency conversion

Nigerian clients

Quoted in NGN, reflecting discovery, design and implementation, testing, documentation, handover, revisions, project management, and hosting or payment-processing costs where relevant. We do not simply undercut to win work; prices reflect sustainable delivery.

International clients

Quoted in USD by default, unless another currency suits both sides better. International pricing is assessed on its own merits — scope, complexity, risk, support obligations and delivery capacity — not by converting a Nigerian price and hoping it fits.

Why we will not compete as the cheapest option

A price that cannot sustain careful discovery, testing, documentation and honest support is not a discount — it is a forecast of the corners that will be cut. We quote for the work we intend to actually do.

Offer ladder

Five ways to engage, from free to fully custom

STEP 1

Free Fit Assessment

Free

A short call or questionnaire. No cost, no obligation — and not an unlimited free consultancy. Its purpose is a mutual, honest fit decision.

STEP 2

Revenue Leak Audit

Paid — quoted per engagement

A fixed-scope diagnostic: workflow map, bottleneck analysis, prioritised opportunities, recommended tools, a proposed build and honest limitations. What is and is not included is stated before you pay.

STEP 3

30-Day Revenue System Pilot

Fixed scope — quoted per project

One agreed outcome, delivered in 30 days. Scope is explicit; deliverables are never padded to make an offer look bigger.

STEP 4

Monthly Operations Partnership

Recurring — quoted per arrangement

Maintenance, support, optimisation and agreed improvements, with defined response expectations, inclusions, exclusions and a change-request process.

STEP 5

Custom Internal Systems

Milestone-based — scoped per project

For involved builds with multiple roles and integrations. Accepted only once requirements, technical risks, capacity and commercial terms are understood.

Payment structure

Defined in the proposal, before work begins

How payments are structured

  • Small, defined projects: a deposit followed by a final payment on acceptance.
  • Larger projects: agreed milestones with explicit deliverables and payment dates.
  • Work begins when the agreement is signed and the initial payment is received; handover follows the conditions stated in the agreement.

Every proposal specifies

  • · Currency and payment schedule
  • · Exactly what you are paying for — and what is excluded
  • · Third-party service costs and who pays transaction charges, where permitted
  • · Refund and cancellation conditions
  • · What happens if payment is late
  • · Conditions for starting and handing over work

Payment methods — stated only when verified

We offer a payment method only after verifying it works for our account and your intended transaction. Card payment options for Nigerian businesses (such as Paystack, with international cards where enabled) and direct bank transfer for larger B2B projects are our current areas of evaluation; the method confirmed in your proposal is the method we have actually verified. We do not create fake addresses or misrepresent our operating country to access payment providers, and we do not recommend cryptocurrency as a default business payment method.

Questions

Pricing questions, answered plainly

Can you give me a ballpark figure now?
We can discuss ranges during the free assessment once we understand the problem — but a responsible number requires a scope. What we can promise: the assessment itself is free, and the proposal states the full price with its inclusions and exclusions before you commit.
Why no prices on the website at all?
We publish a price only when the underlying offer and delivery economics have been validated. Until then, a public number would either mislead you or pressure us into unsustainable work. The scoping process above is the honest alternative.
Do you charge for the audit if the project goes ahead?
The audit is a standalone deliverable — you keep the workflow map and recommendations whether or not you build with us. How audit fees relate to a subsequent build, if any, is stated in the proposal, not improvised later.
What if the project changes mid-way?
Changes go through a change-request process: the change, its cost and its timeline impact are agreed in writing before implementation. Scope creep is managed, not discovered in the final invoice.
